As part of our commitment to strengthening collaboration with other Horizon Europe projects, BRIDGESMEs is supporting the dissemination of an upcoming webinar organised within the IDEALIST project, focused on sustainable manufacturing solutions for European industry.
On Friday 10 April 2026 at 14:00 (CET), the online session Solutions for decarbonising composite parts production will explore innovative approaches to reduce the environmental impact of composite manufacturing. The session will present key technologies and processes aimed at improving sustainability and performance in industrial production.
The webinar will feature contributions from Alain Graillot (COO, Specific Polymers), who will present bio-based and non-toxic epoxy resins for lightweight applications; Céline Largeau (CTO, CGreen), focusing on cellulose-based carbon fibre as a sustainable alternative; Adrien Marchandise (CTO, Avel Robotics), who will address life cycle assessment (LCA), design and automated fibre placement (AFP); and Franck Bourcier (VP Marketing & Sales, Loiretech), presenting non-autoclave processes, including self-heating tooling.
The session aims to discuss advanced technologies and production processes for manufacturing composite parts from an environmental performance perspective, while connecting innovative solution providers with potential users and raising awareness of European SMEs’ R&D results.
The webinar is part of the “Agora Talks” (Expert-to-Expert webinars) hosted on the AGORA platform and organised within the IDEALIST project. The objective is to connect innovative solution providers with potential users, promote European SMEs, and highlight advanced production technologies aligned with sustainability goals.
